2010? Bring it on!

A Happy New Year to all! 2010 promises to be a busy one ...

First up, thanks to everyone who has bought The Long Way Round so far—I really hope you're enjoying the album. To those who haven't yet bought it—what are you waiting for? It's great!

If you're reading this you'll have noticed that the website has been given a fresh new look for the new year; we will also be expanding the functionality of the site to include a members' login area, a page dedicated to my old muckers Carnival of Souls, and a Gronk subscription service—details of which will be announced in the next few days.

Two gigs arranged so far: the Underbelly in Hoxton Square on Friday 5th February, and the Fox & Duck in Richmond on Friday 19th February. The band is champing at the bit and more than ready to give you a high-energy rock 'n' roll experience at both of these shows so don't miss out! I am also in the early stages of organising a UK-wide tour so keep your ear to the ground for further dates as they happen.

Finally, recording news: the band and I will be heading into Kore Studios sometime in February to record an album of brand-new songs as quickly as possible, and I will follow this up with a new solo album of chill-out stuff in May. I had a setback recently when my hard drive died with all my new music on it, but PC World assure me that if I hand over a week's earnings they can get it back for me. Watch this space and hope to see you at a gig soon!
