New album released today!

Finally, the beast is unleashed ...

After final mixes overseen by the brilliant Andrew Robertson on Sunday, I'm very pleased to announce that 'The Long Way Round' is now available to download from this site!

I'm really happy with finished result - 12 tracks of rock 'n' roll drenched in sunshine and starlight, and bolstered by fantastic guest performances from Claud Musker (guitar), Adrian French (trumpet) and Scott Durum (saxophone).

It's been about nine months since sessions for this album really began in earnest, and it feels so good to have the thing finished. I think it's definitely worth the five quid I'm charging for it, and I'm sure you'll think so too when you hear it.

I'd like to point out that the mixes of the songs available to stream from this site are rough mixes only - the finished ones sound smoother, crisper, clearer and beefier!

We have one more band gig before Christmas - 19th December at the Barfly - and then I'm going to put my feet up with a plate of mince pies. It's been a hell of a year.
